This year's National Championship is behind us and, as every year, we're taking away plenty of great memories. Do největšího pavilonu P na Brněnském výstavišti nás i tentokrát přišly navštívit desetitisíce herních fanoušků, influencerů a dalších osobností. Spolu s vystavovateli, kteří plochu festivalu pokryli téměř 50 expozicemi, jsme připravili spoustu zábavných aktivit. Jak si ale MČR vedlo řečí čísel?
Over 26,000 visitors
Attendance statistics show that the Czech gaming and esports scene has a loyal and growing base. This year we welcomed 26,400 visitors in total, beating last year's count. The largest exhibition hall, Pavilion P, was once again packed, and its modern space lets us continue to grow.
Thousands of posts on social media
This year again we were in touch with our fans every day. The cumulative reach of our posts came close to 15,000,000 users. The total reach was further boosted by thousands of posts and stories from players themselves, gaming organisations, exhibitors, influencers and — last but not least — the musical artists who performed at the Saturday after-party.
More than 850 media mentions
We introduced the gaming festival to TV audiences through interviews on CNN Prima News and on the Prima TV main news. The dailies MF Dnes, Deník and Metro also invited their readers to the festival. Throughout the year we kept bringing current news on our PLAYzone.cz portal, which is visited each month by more than 100,000 unique users.
Just under 3,500,000 live broadcast views
Velký zájem projevili nejen návštěvníci na místě, ale také diváci přímých přenosů ze svých domovů. Čtyři velké turnaje sezóny (Tipsport MČR CS, MČR FC 25 powered by Hyundai, Samsung MČSR Brawl Stars a Samsung MČSR Teamfight Tactics) dosáhly téměř 3 500 000 zhlédnutí. Next miliony impresí nasbíraly také na HbbTV a platformě Prima+.
Nearly 450 hours of broadcasting
This year we broadcast nearly 450 hours (over 18 full days of airtime) of our main esports tournaments, which viewers could also watch at the National Championship gaming festival.
