2.1 Visiting the website
When you visit this website, we do not collect any personal data about you until you actively consent. Only technical data (IP address, browser type, language, access time) are logged automatically, to the extent necessary for the operation and security of the site.
2.2 Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address for the purpose of sending information about our projects, tournaments and news. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any newsletter.
This consent is given separately and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting any other relationship.
2.3 Contact forms and email communication
When you fill in a contact form or send a message, we process your name, email, phone number (if you provide it) and the content of your message. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients.
2.4 Cookies and analytics
We use Cookie-Script (CookieScript Ltd., United Kingdom) via Google Tag Manager to manage cookie consent. We run analytics through Google Analytics 4 (GA4). The legal basis is your consent given in the cookie banner. Analytics data is shared with Google (Google LLC, USA); the transfer is safeguarded by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Cookies
We classify cookies into the following categories:
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Basic website functionality (sessions, language preferences, storing your cookie-banner choice) | Not required |
| Analytics | Google Analytics 4 — measuring traffic, sources and user behaviour | Yes |
| Marketing | Remarketing and ad targeting (if activated) | Yes |
You can withdraw your consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time by clicking the Cookie settings button in the website footer.
4. Retention periods
- Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribed).
- Contact messages: 3 years from the last communication, unless another reason for further retention applies.
- Analytics cookies (GA4): 14 months in aggregated form at the Google Analytics level.
- Technical logs: 30 days for security and operational purposes.
5. Who we share data with
We process personal data either ourselves or through processors:
- Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager
- The Rocket Science Group LLC (Mailchimp) (USA) — newsletter distribution
- CookieScript Ltd. (United Kingdom) — cookie consent manager
- Hosting provider — Cloudflare, Inc. (USA)
All of the above processors provide appropriate safeguards for personal data protection (Standard Contractual Clauses, EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK's GDPR-adequate regime based on the EU adequacy decision of 28 June 2021).
